Norman Williamson is an Independent Consulting Engineer who provides reports relating to the following subjects;

Still Photography, Video and sketch or Scale Plans can be provided with all reports if required.

Provision of an Expert Witness Service in Civil & Criminal actions for and on behalf of the Legal Profession, Insurance Industry, Trading Standards Departments, Fleet Operators, Accident Management Companies and the General Public.  Reports that are to be used in Court will comply with the current Civil Procedure Rules and Expert Witness Protocols.

Reports can be provided on all types of vehicle including; motorcycles, scooters, motor cars, light goods vehicles & heavy goods vehicles.

If you require a report for either legal or insurance purposes relating to any of the above noted subjects we can assist.  If we cannot, then we can probably be able to direct you to someone who can.

We endeavour  to provide an efficient, professional and independent Expert Witness service to the Legal Profession, Insurance Industry, Motor and Transport Industry, and the General Public, that is second to none.

Profile

Norman Williamson is a fully qualified Automotive Engineer Collision / Accident Investigator, specialising in Automotive Engineering, General Engineering and Traffic Collision / Accident Investigation.  He is a corporate member of the following professional bodies;

Norman Williamson has been employed or self employed in the Motor Industry generally, almost forty years and specifically as an Independent Consulting Engineer / Accident Investigator for a period in excess of fourteen years.  During this time he has provided reports for the Legal Profession (in both civil and criminal cases, on behalf of either the claimant or the defendant), Insurance Companies, Trading Standards Departments, Transport Industry and the General Public.

Reports are provided in a fast efficient manner and conform to the current Civil Procedure Rules, and or in accordance with the Principles instructions.  Fees and any expenses incurred are charged at a rate that are competitive with those charged by other Independent Consultant Engineers.  Specific costs or estimates for providing a report can be given once all the information has been made available.

Norman Williamson is registered as an Expert Witness with the UK Register of Expert Witnesses and has been checked by the Law Society register of Expert Witnesses.
